friendly staff coffee facilities
The staff was very friendly. Rooms were comfortable, and they were very clean. I appreciated the spaciousness of the room and the tea and coffee facilities it included. The swimming pool was also a plus.
The minibar did not work. A light kept flashing through the glass door. It lit up the room and disturbed our sleep.

dated room persistent dampness
the staff was really helpful, so storing our luggage for the day was handled well.
The room i was given felt very dated and not as clean as i would expect. The chair was worn and needed replacement (it was honestly gross). there was also a persistent dampness, so the sheets felt slightly damp too.

The location is great. The tram station is only five minutes away. rooms have a fridge cooler, and fresh cool water is available on every floor. breakfast includes a reasonable variety of options. dinner quality was amazing!!!

solid stay, rooftop pool a plus
good breakfast spacious room fresh towels nice shower gel
i found the breakfast choice to be very good. the room was spacious and cleaned every day. fresh towels were supplied daily, which i appreciated. it was also nice to have rituals shower gel provided, that was a nice touch.
the air conditioning was not cold enough for august. it would have been nice to have colder air in the room.

The location rocks. Transport is super easy to access. The pool was fantastic, it really was! The staff were seriously helpful . Breakfast buffet was very plentiful and my family just loved it. Fresh cool water was available on every floor, I liked it.
The mini fridge didn't work perfectly and the light kept flashing through the glass door. It lit up the room, but I still slept.

superb stay!
helpful staff swift resolution perfect location easy trip
i had such a blast , the front desk super nice team. they quickly sorted out a minor room concern i had, and reassigned me to a superior double room! the location was perfect for hopping on the tram to the city center. it was an easy trip to both the beach and the airport.
the water dispenser was near the elevator , a bit far from my room , so getting a quick drink meant walking down the corridor.
